My foundation in Lomi Lomi, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, and Sports Massage was developed in HawaiĘ»i, then expanded through luxury spa work on the East Coast and six years as lead massage therapist in a California medical wellness center alongside chiropractors, orthopedic doctors, and physical therapists. My work also incorporates Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Reiki and energy work, nervous system support, and surgery preparation and recovery.
